Some AI subfunctions are limited in the file types they return. We created the File Conversion subfunction so you can convert files returned by other AI subfunctions to your desired file type.

File Conversion is a part of the Creative Force AI add-on connector that integrates with Workflow V2.

Please contact your CSM for more information.

Once the connector is available in your account, head to Studio Settings > Connectors > Creative Force AI and enable the connector.

Once you’ve added a Third Party AI subfunction to a Cloud Automation step in your Workflow V2, add the File Conversion Connector. Click the settings icon to specify what file type you’d like returned to the workflow.

You can test file conversion before adding it to production workflows by clicking the ‘Try It’ button.

You can test the File Conversion subfunction by clicking the ‘Try It’ button. Using the tester is available to all Creative Force customers at no charge. To use the tester, users need to be in a role with View or Edit permissions for Connectors.

Using Cloudinary AI subfunctions in production workflows requires Workflow Engine V2 and an account with Cloudinary.
