The PhotoRoom connector in Creative Force is an AI-powered integration that enables instant background removal and image resizing while maintaining quality. The integration is designed to streamline the image editing process and increase efficiency in content production workflows that require background removal capabilities.

PhotoRoom is an add-on connector that integrates with Workflow V2.

Please contact your CSM for more information.

Once the connector is available in your account, head to Studio Settings > Connectors > PhotoRoom and enable the connector.

Fill in the API key of your PhotoRoom account and click Save.

On the PhotoRoom connector, select Expand Image tab and enable the toggle. You will see further settings to make your prompts and instruct the AI to expand images.

Note:

All transparent pixels will automatically be filled based on the content of the current background (either the original background, if Make Background Transparent is not enabled, or a static background, if background.imageUrl has been provided)

Expand will rely on output size, subject position, and fitting mode.

Select the Make Background Transparent tab and enable the feature.

Note:

If you select ‘Allow Runtime Override’ in the connector’s settings, you will be able to adjust it on the workflow level.

Add a Cloud Automation step to your Workflow V2 and select PhotoRoom. You can select both features that Creative Force integrates with Photo Room: Expand images and Make the background transparent.

Save your workflow and you are ready to run the production!

The connection can process up to 500 images per minute.
