Within Creative Force, users and their permissions can be managed in a number of different ways. This allows you to tailor roles and specific users to have the appropriate permissions, depending on what your needs are.

Users can be managed on a Role, Group, or on an individual level.

Roles allow you to define the permissions for the different positions and teams within your studio or organisation. Within Roles you can define what kind of access, those teams have to different areas of Creative Force.

Groups allow you to organise your Creative Force users into different subjections depending on the clients / brands that you work with. So for instance, if a certain photographer and stylist only work on products associated with a particular brand, you can link them to that group. They will then only see the specific data and imagery associated with that brand.

The final way that you can tailor permissions is on an individual level where you can define exactly what users can do through their skills assignment.

Note:

To apply new skills under 'Photography' and 'Internal Post Production' to an existing user, the user will need to either:

  • Log out and in of Kelvin and/or HUE

  • Restart Kelvin and/or HUE
