Due to some limitations in the browser itself, it is not possible to view the details of a layered.TIFF file with alpha channels or a .PSD file with marking layers.
This has caused some difficulties for the quality control team. To help the QC team, Creative Force offers you a way to download assets at any post-QC steps in Gamma.
This option will give you the ability to:
Check the layer structures of layered assets
Verify color accuracy of assets for print outside of your web browser
Check assets’ clipping paths on a more granular level
After picking a task in a QC step, you can go to ‘Actions’ -> Download assets or right-click on the image to download the assets.
