Insights error

You are not authorized to view Insights

Although you have all the skills and permissions to view reports, you might not be able to view Insights. When opening the page, you’ll see the message “You are not authorized to view this page. 401.”

This issue is likely because cross-site tracking is not enabled. You can find this information under your browser’s settings.


Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security- Cookies and other site data:

Ensure that either "Allow all cookies" or "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" are selected and then scroll down until you see “Send a ‘Do not track’ request with your browsing traffic”. Please always keep this toggle off.


Go to your Privacy settings and turn off the Website tracking.


Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security. Scroll down and select ‘Only when Firefox is set to block known trackers’.
