Although you have all the skills and permissions to view reports, you might not be able to view Insights. When opening the page, you’ll see the message “You are not authorized to view this page. 401.”

This issue is likely because cross-site tracking is not enabled. You can find this information under your browser’s settings.

Chrome

Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security. Scroll down until you see “Send a ‘Do not track’ request with your browsing traffic”. Please always keep the toggle off.

Safari

Go to your Privacy settings and turn off the Website tracking.

Firefox

Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security. Scroll down and select ‘Only when Firefox is set to block known trackers’.
