Accessing Workflow V2 Post-Production Settings
To access Post Production settings head to the Production tab, then select Workflow V2. From here, you can either edit an existing workflow or create a new one.
Once you’ve got your workflow on the screen, click on a post-production step, and a settings panel will slide in from the right side. Ready to dive in? Let’s break it down.
External Post settings
Post-production Vendors
You can’t skip this one. Every External Post step must have a vendor assigned. Pick one from the drop-down menu—simple as that. If you’re wondering how to add vendors to your Studio, click here.
Alternative Vendors
This is optional but is a handy option! Do you have more than one vendor and want to keep your options open? Creative Force now lets you swap post-production vendors for individual work units. It’s like having a backup plan ready to roll! Learn more about setting this uphere.
Internal Post settings
By default, this is switched off. But if you enable it, your retouching team can upload images even if they don’t perfectly match the preset specifications.
Variant fan-out at this step
If you need your workflow engine to validate files at this step, let it know if the variant fan-out will happen now or later. Quick reminder:
You can have multiple fan-out steps.
At least one fan-out step is a must in workflows with post-production steps.
