Keep Teams Focused with Copywriting Conditional Rules

Today’s release adds Conditional Rules to our Copywriting Module. These rules can be set up within your Style Guides and allow you to show or hide specific Copywriting fields based on Product Properties.

Our goal is to allow Copywriting teams to use more of their time for productive work rather than remembering and maintaining PDP requirements.

Conditional rules can be applied to both individual Copywriting fields as well as the Text Production Type itself. This means it’s possible to configure Creative Force to show only the work that is relevant to your Copywriters based on your Studio’s unique needs.

Improvements

We've updated our API documentation to enable better management of Resource Users and External Post tasks. Full documentation can be found at developers.creativeforce.io.

New endpoints for Resource User management include:

Update Resource User
Delete Resource User
Get Resource User Skills
Search Resource User

The following External Post responses have been updated to include the Asset ID and Rejection confirmation, where applicable:

Fixed issue where External Post filenames do not match Style Guide configuration.

Vendor Portal

Resolved automapping issue when uploading to Vendor Portal.
