GAMMA

Bulk Search on Product Properties

We have updated our search functionality to support much larger queries. It is now possible to enter up to 20,000 characters in the Product Property search value field.Β

It's now also incredibly simple to search from text held within an Excel spreadsheet. When the user clicks on the clipboard icon, a Β dialogue box will open, allowing the user to paste in data copied from an Excel file. The system will warn the user if the value set added exceeds the 20,000 character limit.Β

Automate Metadata Creation

It's now possible to automatically enrich your assets with metadata on asset delivery.
On preset level, we added a new rule engine to add specific metadata to the assets.Β

Today we are supporting any property that is imported for a job, sample or product and specific production data such as 'Team on Set' and 'Workflow users' to be added to the final asset.

Additional updates and improvements:

Select entire result

If you have previously searched for jobs / product / samples and then selected all of the results the selection was limited to the page displayed. We updated this selection functionality and added an option to add the whole search result to your selection including in indication of of how many values are selected.

HUE

Remember export setting

We updated the export functionality of HUE to remember the entered value for each export on style guide level and changed the default value for JPEG export from 60% to a 100%.

KELVIN / HUE

Disabled Auto-update

Updating Kelvin and HUE after every sprint is no longer mandatory, the system remains stable when using the latest and previous versions of the apps.

It is now possible for your technical team to disable the Auto-update functionality on any workstation, enabling testing of every new release before rolling it out across the whole operation.
