We are updating our code signing certificates for HUE, Ink, Kelvin, and Triad on Windows.

What this means, is that you and your team will need to update any of your computers that are running on those apps with the new versions to support the new certificate.

After the 23rd of April 2024, we will no longer support, INK, Triad, Kelvin, and Hue versions running on the old certificate.

Below is a walkthrough of the steps that need to take place:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kelvin

  • 5.11.x (New Creative Force Certificate Versions)

  • 5.10.x and below (Old Certificate Versions)

Hue

  • 5.4.x (New Creative Force Certificate Versions)

  • 5.3.x and below (Old Certificate Versions)

Ink

  • 2.1.x (New Creative Force Certificate Versions)

  • 2.0 and below (Old Certificate Versions)

Triad

  • 4.1.x (New Creative Force Certificate Versions)

  • 4.0.x and below (Old Certificate Versions)

1. Communicate this update to your IT Department.

If your IT team controls allowed applications in your environment (Computer), they will need to allow the new versions of Kelvin and Hue using the new Creative Force Certificate.

⚠️ Please note: It’s important to keep the approval of the previous versions using the old certificate to ensure a smooth transition.

2. Install new versions

Once your IT team has allowed the new apps you need to first uninstall the old versions and install the latest releases. This is the only way to upgrade.

You can download the latest versions here.
