Control your Cloudinary Experience with a new Custom Connector

WHAT

Studios using our Auto-Variant functionality can now connect their own Cloudinary account within our web application. These new settings can be found in the Integrations tab within Studio Settings, then navigating to the Connectors page.

WHY

With a connected Cloudinary account, Studio Admins can set their own file size limit to be used for the creation of Auto-Variants. Otherwise by default, Creative Force will process auto-variants with a file size limit of 100MB per file.

For studios with higher processing needs for variants, the update connector gives full control over the assets that can be generated and delivered automatically using Cloudinary. This may especially benefit studios that deliver file types such as .tif or .psd.

Other Improvements

Hue

  • The instructions for workspace permissions has been made more clear in the Hue Panel

  • The Hue app will now check the folder path of Photoshop before opening a task and automatically update the workspace path if Photoshop has been updated from 2023 to 2024, or similar.

Bugs Fixed

Gamma

  • Corrected progress submission issue in Final Selection.

  • Resolved perpetual loading of images after Bulk QC.

  • Fixed missing filter in Ecomm Production View for Current Step Status = Rejected.

  • Addressed Style Guide issue related to parsing merge fields.

  • Planning: Eliminated error when unchecking a swimlane.

Hue

  • Harmonized Hue and QC around Auto-QC Alerts for consistent Technical Support.
